Bio:
Petar Sabev Varbanov, is a full professor at Széchenyi István University in Győr, Hungary. Prof. Varbanov is responsible for the training of postdoc fellows and Ph.D. candidates in academic writing. He is also the head of the Sustainable Process Integration Laboratory the Brno University of Technology in the Czech Republic.

Prof. Varbanov’s main fields of research are energy saving and efficiency, development and implementation of process integration, total site and regional integration for energy and water, waste to energy.

He holds Ph.D. in process integration from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (2004) and was twice named a Marie Curie Fellow.
