Diagnostic Toxicologist
The analytical toxicology laboratory does trace mineral and heavy metal analysis of animals, foods and feeds, and environmental samples to improve nutrition and diagnose and reduce environmental contaminant exposure in livestock and the human food chain. The laboratory also has the capability to analyze for drugs, some feed additives, and other potential contaminants in animal and food/feed samples.
