I create and implement programs for dairy farmers and farmworkers that include technical and practical training and resources in the areas of production and nutrition management, cow health and welfare, calf care, and precision dairy technology. I also design and carryout grant-funded research for the benefit of dairy farmers, allied industry, and Cornell University. I have dairy herd management/on-farm experience including use of health and reproductive monitoring systems and automatic milking systems with multiple breeds.
