The DIY Self-Care Kit workshop is a hands-on wellness experience designed to teach veterans how to create their own customized collection of self-care products. Participants will learn how to make an essential oil roll-on for relaxation, an after-sun spray for soothing the skin, hand soap, bath salts, and body butter. This workshop aims to inspire and encourage veterans to actively participate in their self-care routine while providing them with effective and affordable alternatives to store-bought products. Hosted at Clear Path For Veterans in Chittenango, New York and instructed by Bec Haley, licensed massage therapist. A light lunch will be provided. Please bring a water bottle.
