Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals: Which Laws Apply

This month’s CVBE Spark Talk will feature Christopher Sweet, an outreach specialist in the Yang Tan Institute on Employment and Disability in Cornell’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. This webinar will help explain the evolving legal environment and organizational responsibilities related to animals in the workplace, particularly in their expanding roles as service, emotional support, and therapy animals. This program should be of interest for veterinarians who work with these animals and the people they serve, as well as employers and leaders who need to ensure a safe, accessible workplace. This CVBE Spark Talk is being sponsored by the Cornell Duffield Institute for Animal Behavior, dedicated to improving the relationship between animals and the people who share their lives with them.
