Lecture on Porous Asphalt Pavement

Discussion on best practices for the design, construction, and maintenance of porous asphalt. Lecture will be given by Thomas Baird, PE, a recognized national and regional expert on Porous Asphalt. Mr. Baird will share a case study of a succesful project in Lake George where the objective of managing stormwater and improving water quality was accomplished adjacent to drinking quaility water resource. The lecture will demonstrate sucessful implementation of porous asphalt in a severe northeast climate.
